On Mid -summer hot and brilliant day， the 6th of August，MUST marketing center team held a mid-year summary meeting and outdoor team activities.
At 9:00 in the morning, we held a Frisbee event between groups. When we entered the event venue, we were randomly divided into four groups and put on the vests belonging to our team, namely: “white team”, “blue team” and “green team” “Yellow Team”. Under the leadership of the coach, everyone carried out a simple warm-up – interesting body movements instantly ignited everyone’s enthusiasm. Use the circle formed by the month and date to deepen the familiarity of teammates, maybe someone has the same birthday as you!
In the afternoon, the coach designed Binggo Game to test the tacit understanding and trust between the teams.
There are some similarities between work, life and play, which can summarize experience and help grow. This event not only benefited us a lot, but also shortened the distance between colleagues and made us a better team. From the activity, I felt that the collective honor is above everything else! The collective goal is the goal of each member! To achieve the goal, everyone must be themselves, listen to different opinions, brainstorm, regardless of personal gains and losses, unite as one, cooperate with each other, and reduce mistakes! It made me feel the spirit of this event more deeply: not forgetting the original intention, forging ahead, united and responsible, and the team spirit of taking on important tasks! Life will always polish you again and again, so that you know what is the real test, although No scores will be released, but everyone is trying to get better. This event allowed us to surpass ourselves, and let us set sail with expectation and upward motivation! In the future, we will definitely go further and fly higher!
In the evening, each of our groups prepared a performance program in the shortest possible time to sing and dance by the sea. Everyone participated and won the audience’s repeated applause.
On August 7, the company’s summary meeting for the first half of 2022 was successfully held.
At the meeting, various departments made a comprehensive report on the progress of the work in the first half of the year, the completion of goals and tasks, unfinished work and existing problems. All departments work closely around the company’s annual goals and tasks, unite as one, work hard, and persevere. Various tasks have achieved phased results, laying a solid foundation for the successful completion of the annual goals and tasks.Subsequently, the marketing team came to the stage to express their determination and signed a personal military order. The young sales team is full of energy, tall and straight, high-spirited, full of youthful breath and unyielding hard work.
